We develop technologies with which organic structures such as plants, plant residues or organic waste can be utilized much more efficiently than before. With BIOGAS ANALYTICS, we are concentrating on optimizing biogas production. The microbiological processes in the fermenter are complex and place high demands on stable process control. This is precisely where BIOGAS ANALYTICS comes in. It makes these processes measurable and therefore controllable.

Our in-house developed measurement technology, the Organic Acid Sensoring Unit OASU, provides precise data on process stability in real time. In conjunction with our Operational Management Service, the measured values form a solid basis for operator decisions. In this way, the plant is managed safely and profitability is sustainably increased.

We have a qualified team and also work together with companies from the region to manufacture the OASU. For service and maintenance, we use regional partners at the locations of the biogas plants we support.
